We know that trying multiple fitness regimes stops you getting the results you need and we understand how annoying it can be to push too hard and give up because it’s just not working. 

There is no hiding and no watching from the sidelines during this programme. There is full participation within a nurturing, caring group of women, who place your goals alongside their own. We all need cheerleaders in life. This is where you will find yours.

⁣⁣Preparation week (prior to start of 6 week programme) to help you discover why you are not progressing with your health and fitness goals, so we can make a clear plan together in order for you to feel back in control

6 weekly group calls to keep you on track with your goals and to troubleshoot any challenges. 

2 weekly live classes with me (30 minutes each) to motivate you and increase your energy levels so that you stick to a regular exercise regime. 

Weekly worksheets and trainings to equip you with the knowledge you need to take action and keep progressing towards your goals (only 30 minutes required to complete)

Weekly workout schedule to ensure you are exercising regularly to tone and strengthen your body (15 minute workouts and suggested alternative exercises to be completed in your own time each day)

Access to a private Facebook group where there will be bonus live trainings, accountability and access to Sarah

Hi, I'm Sarah. I empower busy women to take back control of their health and fitness. My goal is to help busy women make the time to exercise and learn to love and appreciate their body, using realistic workout plans that can be done from the comfort of their own homes. We are ditching the guilt and finding a healthy balance.

I’m a trained dancer and a qualified ballet teacher (with the Royal Academy of Dance) and I have used ballet in my life to beat overwhelm, to overcome anxiety, build strength in my body and find consistency in my workouts.

I have two children (11 and 9), run two businesses and can relate to the challenges busy women face trying to fit a workout into their daily schedule. But it is possible and I will show you how.

In my years of experience teaching women in fitness, I know it is the people with the “can do” mindset that succeed. The mindset that keeps moving them forwards towards what is possible with their health and fitness goals.

I know the “how”, you just need to know you are now ready for fitness success.

How many people will be in the group?

The group will be kept small and intimate and if needs be we will add in an extra call each week so everyone gets enough time and attention from me. Outside of our calls, Sarah will be in the group each day.

Will the numbers be restricted?

Yes.  Once we feel we have the right ladies the doors will be closed. This programme is for Sarah to help you reach your goals. Once we have the group together, we will remove the payment page.

Can I just sign up and learn at my own pace?

No. This is a full immersion programme where Sarah will be hands-on, keeping you focused, on track and accountable to your goals.

What will be covered during the 6 weeks?

This programme will be tailored to YOUR needs. Sarah will be listening to what you want as we go along, and providing you with all the support and accountability you need for success. You will get all the support you need.


You should consult with a general practitioner before beginning any exercise, fitness, or nutrition regime, especially if you are pregnant, or have pre-existing health conditions. Your use of any videos inside Breaking Ballet programmes and performance of these exercises is solely at your own risk.
